Booming Spring: A HerHarvest Gathering in the Season of Abundance

Spring has arrived—and the land is booming with life.

At HerHarvest’s Booming Spring Edition, we gather at the height of nature’s generosity, when the fields are at their prime and the earth offers up her first full harvest. This is the season of abundance, of colour, of nourishment. The roots have done their work underground, and now it's time to pull from the soil what has been patiently growing in silence.

This workshop isn’t just about planting and harvesting—it’s about waking up to something we’ve lost.

In today’s world of convenience, we’ve become disconnected from the simple yet powerful practice of eating with the seasons. We’ve been made to believe we should eat the same foods all year round—avocados in winter, strawberries in December, tomatoes that taste like nothing in January. But our bodies were never meant for this. There’s a natural rhythm to eating, one that follows the pulse of the land, and it has been forgotten.

HerHarvest: Booming Spring Edition is a gentle but powerful eye-opener to this truth. Together, we ask:

Where is our food coming from?

What is the cost of convenience?

How can we truly care for our health and our families—if we don’t even know what we’re eating?

Through hands-on harvesting, seasonal tasting, and grounding activities that reconnect us with the land, we begin to remember. We return to a slower pace, a wiser way. We learn how the land can feed us, not just physically, but emotionally and spiritually.

It’s not about perfection—it’s about awareness. And from awareness, we cultivate change.

Come join us this spring at Ta’ Lazzru Farm. Gather with women, feel the pulse of the earth under your feet, and take home more than just vegetables—take home clarity, connection, and the beginning of a deeper, more conscious relationship with what’s on your plate.

This is HerHarvest. This is the Booming Spring Edition. This is the season of returning.
